Fukushima’s will be a flat course with almost all sections on the road!
Sukagawa City is located in the center of Fukushima Prefecture. The venue, Sukagawa Civic Sports Hall, is a 10-minute drive from the Sukagawa Interchange on the Tohoku Expressway and 2 km from JR Sukagawa Station, making it an easily accessible location in the center of Sukagawa City.
The course is flat and easy to run, starting and finishing at the Civic Sports Hall. The venue is also very convenient for support as there are convenience stores, supermarkets, home centers, and electronics stores within a 5-minute walking distance.
The average temperature during the race season is around 10 degrees Celsius (max. 14 degrees Celsius: min. 4 degrees Celsius).
All the conditions are in place for the highest number of lap times in Japan. If you are aiming for the world record, Fukushima is the place to be!
