Sanbei is located in the Daisen National Park in the center of Shimane.
The course is 450 m above sea level, with a maximum temperature of 12°C and a minimum of 2°C during November when the backyard is held. The surface is a well maintained cross country course with an elevation of 100m each loop.
You might see some grazing cows on the course while you are running your backyard!
