Description of the competition:

Hourly start
You have to complete a 6706 meter circuit with an elevation gain of 100 meters within one hour
Every hour, until the end of the first minute, you have to leave the start
You have to arrive at the finish line by the last second of every hour
Then another round starts
Everyone has the rest of the hour to rest
The purpose of the competition:

Promotion of running, education for a healthy lifestyle, talent search
Introducing Rétköz to visitors.
Providing an opportunity for the participants to measure their fitness within an organized framework, get to know themselves, and push their limits.
The competition is open to all certified and amateur competitors who accept the rules of the competition after paying the entry fee and signing the entry form.

On-site registration is possible for a limited number of remaining empty places
Due to the limited number of chips, max. We accept 150 entries
Registration fee:

HUF 15,000/person with advance payment, for athletes who participated in last year’s competition,
HUF 20,000/person by advance transfer, with the entry fee received by 23:59 on September 4, 2022,
HUF 25,000/person from 09/05/2022 to 09/09/2022 09:30, on site, for the remaining empty places
Competitors who took part in last year’s competition will receive a unique code by e-mail, which they can enter in the given field during registration to validate the discounted entry fee.

Registration fee payment:

Please pay the entry fee in advance to the account number below. In the case of simultaneous payment of the entry fee of several competitors, the names must be clearly indicated in the announcement section.

Entries become final when the entry fee is received on the specified bank account.

Starting number collection:

September 9, 2022 from 06:00 to 09:30 at the competition center
​It is mandatory to wear a race number at the race!

Evaluation, awards, announcement of results:

The winner of the race is the competitor who completes the most completed laps on the course on the specified route without using external help.
every man who completes at least 8 laps and every woman who completes at least 4 laps will receive a unique finishing medal
The absolute first three places for women and men will be awarded with a goblet
The absolute female and male winners will be awarded with a cup and a valuable sports voucher
The overall female and male winner will qualify for the 2023 “1 Way Ticket Run” ultra-running event if the male winner completes at least one marathon and the female winner completes at least one half marathon
The paddock:

An important accessory/venue of the competition is the corral. Runners start from here every hour, and the rest and refreshment zone is located here.

You must leave the pen before the first minute of each hour has passed
You have to arrive at the pen until the last second of each hour (if you don’t arrive, your competition ends)
The paddock is approx. 50m X 70m, grass-covered, rectangular area, bordered by cordons
It is possible to occupy the paddock 4 hours before the start of the competition – i.e. on 09.09.2022, from 06.00
Only the organizers of the competition, the rescuers, the competitors and 1 helper registered as a competitor may stay in the paddock
During rest periods, the pen can only be left and approached through the exit/entrance that is not equipped with a chip mat.
In the paddock (1 table, chair and a small tent can be placed max. 5 sqm per competitor)
Apart from a head lamp, running clothes (running belt, backpack included) or a watch or water bottle, no other equipment can be taken out onto the field from the corral
It is only possible to eat and refresh inside the corral (Gel, magnesium or salt tablets do not count as a meal)

The race is timed using the Raceresult chip system.
On the Raceresult website, you can follow online the split times, results, and positions of those who have arrived at the finish line, which are displayed immediately after arrival.
Other information:

Everyone participates in the competition at their own risk, and the organizers are not responsible for any accidents or resulting damages.
By submitting their entry, each participant accepts the rules of the competition, consents to be included in film and image materials made about the competition, as well as their use for advertising purposes, and may not request compensation for this.
The competitor declares that he is in good health and prepared for the competition.
During the competition, the use of earphones is not allowed at night, and during the day it is only allowed to be inserted into one ear.
Competition situations not listed here can be appealed 10 minutes after the last entry, which is decided by the competition court until the results are announced. The decision cannot be appealed.
The organizers of the competition do not undertake preservation of value.
Children under the age of 16 are not allowed to participate in the competition.
During the competition, the use of headlamps is mandatory from dusk to dawn.
