Backyard Ultra Series – South Africa
Backyard Ultra comes to South Africa in an exciting national series format and will take participants to 5 locations around the country each with varying terrain and unique challenges. Participants are required to consecutively run a distance of 6,706 meters (4.167 miles) in less than one hour. The participants who run the most laps – wins!

Participants can expect changing terrain around the 6,706km loop from scenic pathways through vineyards, next to dams and along forest paths.
