The Austria Backyard Ultra will take place in beautiful Frankenmarkt near the world famous Salzkammergut.
The area is known for its steep mountains, pristine forests and crystal clear turquoise mountain lakes. Perfect for an extended vacation with the family. Explore the Alps.
But also forms the transition to the foothills of the Alps with the partly flat, partly hilly forest and meadow landscape.
The race is run on a 6.7056 km (4.166667 miles) loop on gravel forest roads through the Kobernaußerwald.
Entry fee is EUR 50,- and increases over time until the race.
We are a non-profit association and donate the net proceeds for charity to a local family in need.
Special unique DNF medals, good food on site and relaxed family atmosphere are waiting for the participants.
